Ruger 10/22 Wood Or Plastic
In 2010 it was a good year for our university, but it is time to turn the page and look forward, the agenda is large and daunting task, so perhaps the title is short, it is time to think and plan thinking in the next 5 or 10 years. The Commission's Order Management and represents the return of government stability, but the complexity of our shortcomings transcends politics, as you will see below.
In October 2010, the Journal AméricaEconomÃa , conducted a study that resulted in the publication of Ranking of the best universities in Peru , Which brought us, good and bad news. The good is that our University Villarreal, is among the top 15 of the country, the poor, as they must assume is that we are at the bottom of the table, the commentary and analysis of the figures as a whole can see it here .
However, I take the trouble to break down, the picture data so that we can comparatively assess each of the indicators, and get to know our position compared to other universities, the results were very encouraging , hence the urgency and concern in the foreword to this post.

Our best figures in the areas are less interesting, so to speak, although it depends on how you want to see things, for example, are the university offering more races over San Marcos and the Catholic, as well as the 4th in student population, however, Univ San Martin, has twice as many teachers that we, offering half of racing and not to mention the proportion of teachers by students and best leave it there for now.
strong boxes come here, come in parts, Employability understood by the ease with which the graduate of a university determined to find employment in a public or private institution, we look at the table and continue to advance (: D). Institutional Strength understood as the estimated amount handled by each university in its admissions process, quantity and quality of their research, and the volume of its conventions. Recommended understood by the view that employers and managers are about the performance and profile of the graduates of a particular university. Research understood as the study of the degree of visibility with the university publications in scientific databases and EBSCO JSTOR. Finally, note that the results of the levels of employability and Recommendations, survey respondents that were made to managers and various employers in the market.
The next group of pictures has more to do with the institutional strength, an area where we need to work fairly well. understood Market Positioning, the level of demand for graduates who have of a certain university in the market. Prestige understood as the result weighted results of employability and recommended acceptance. Finally, Internationalization understood as the direct measurement of the number of agreements and the exchange of students and teachers.
I do not think my liver is healthy to express an opinion on that, perhaps the word would rest, nor think that is published this post with a strange desire to self-destructive and demoralizing, far from it, what is looking to improve, but realistically it is necessary to know where we are and how much is the effort that we spend, as I said earlier it is time to turn the page, but this does not mean forgetting and make tabula rasa, but rather to know, understand and do not re-encounter the same rock three times.
I am convinced that just as teachers and students have bowed their heads and resign themselves to the magnitude of the problems, looking guilty, should also those who will see opportunity in this situation to change, to do, to propose, not to succumb to indifference. For what is lost in governance and institutions, gained in public opinion and student participation, I believe that at least a new generation of students was achieved with this crisis, because as you know the crisis not only represent the end of a process, but also the beginning of something new.
